What personally identifiable information do IMPREV and its business partners collect?
Imprev only collects personally identifiable information in order to utilize its customized products and services. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, zip code, email address, phone number, credit card information, and any other information that itself identifies or when tied to the above information, may identify you as a specific individual.
Imprev also collects personally identifiable information that you supply about your clients. Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, zip code, email address, phone number, and any other information supplied by you for use in Imprev’s print and email mailing campaigns.
Imprev has partnered with the following companies in order to provide you with additional services. All information provided to obtain these services is collected and maintained by these business partners and not Imprev. Although Imprev only works with trusted service providers, their privacy policies are different from Imprev’s and we encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand their personal information handling practices.
We also allow you to send projects from our system directly to the sites of the following companies, or we use these companies to relay information to you. We send data to the systems of these companies through the Application Programming Interface (API) provided by each of these companies. All information provided to obtain services on the sites listed below is collected and maintained by these companies and not by Imprev. Once you have given your approval for us to access an account with the below companies, we may store an access token to allow for subsequent access to your approved account. We do not store any user information from these companies. The privacy policies of these companies are different from Imprev’s, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand their personal information handling practices.
What other information does Imprev collect and how is it used?
When you visit Imprev’s site, Imprev collects some basic and anonymous information about your computer, including, but not limited to:
- • IP address (your internet connection’s unique signature)
- • Operating system (e.g. Windows 10, Mac OS X)
- • Browser software (e.g. Google Chrome, MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari)
Imprev uses information collected about your computer to perform routine website maintenance and to generate aggregate web site traffic reports so it can develop site content and features of value to you.
Upon creation of an account for use of Imprev’s services, Imprev assigns a user ID number to grant access to the member services. The user ID is used for monitoring member usage and does not contain any personally identifiable information.
Does Imprev sell or share my personally identifiable information?
Imprev will never sell your personally identifiable information.
Imprev will share aggregated demographic information with its partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
Imprev uses a credit card processing company to bill users for optional goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Imprev partners with additional parties to provide specific services. When the user requests these services, Imprev will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Can I update the personally identifiable information Imprev has on file about me?
Yes. All the information, (except your name and credit card) provided to Imprev by a member may be updated at any time by accessing your account and going to the section called “Profile”. You can also delete projects, contacts and other content from your Marketing Center account. You may update your credit card and name by contacting Imprev at (800) 809-3356. Please do not send credit card information via email, as unencrypted email is not secure.
Can I ask Imprev to delete my personally identifiable information from its systems?
You can delete your Personal Profile from a cancelled/inactive account by sending an email to email@example.com with your request to delete your profile information from our systems. You can delete any project information from an active account by following instructions in our FAQ, accessible via the “Get Support” button in the left column of any page of the Marketing Center. You can unsubscribe from an email newsletter by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of the body of the email.
What types of communication can I expect to receive from Imprev?
If you use our automated marketing services, you can expect to receive emails containing links to the automatically created projects for your active listings, and other email related directly to automation service transactions.
If you’re using an optional distribution method (such as email campaigns), you may receive emails specific to that capability. to alert you if your current account balance is insufficient to cover the cost of scheduled emails over the next 60 days.
Imprev occasionally emails a short member satisfaction survey to members who create marketing projects with our services. Imprev has contracted a third-party fulfillment company to distribute member satisfaction surveys as well as gift certificates. If you earn a gift certificate, Imprev may need to send your name, address, email address, and phone number to the company sending out the gift certificates. Imprev site visitors may also be invited to complete an online survey. Respondents are asked to provide their email address in order to enter them in a drawing for a free prize.
You may also receive emails from Imprev if you subscribed to the Newsletter services or requested the quarterly investor update. Imprev may also contact you to respond to your questions, comments, or requests for assistance.
Imprev may periodically notify members via email and/or mail when new services and features are added.
Users of the Imprev site will receive service enhancement options from our featured strategic alliance companies. Imprev will generate these messages on behalf of these companies. The strategic alliance companies will not receive your contact or personal information.
How does Imprev ensure that your personally identifiable information is protected?
All personally identifiable information collected in order to provide you with services on the Marketing Center site (or affiliate sites) is securely stored in Imprev’s databases. Access to your information is restricted to selected Imprev employees and other authorized third parties such as state and federal regulatory authorities that perform periodic compliance reviews for the protection of consumers, and in rare cases contractors hired to perform quality control reviews.
Imprev uses leading-edge encryption technologies to protect personally identifiable information. Our web servers have been cryptographically enabled with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and other encryption technology supporting up to 128-bit encryption. Encryption prevents unauthorized parties from viewing any personally identifiable information provided by a user.
All Imprev personnel are trained in Imprev’s consumer privacy and security policies. As a condition of employment with Imprev, all personnel must acknowledge and uphold Imprev’s consumer privacy and security policies requiring them to comply with consumer privacy and security policies, including not disclosing an individual’s personally identifiable information to unauthorized third parties.
