The new Imprev brokerage solution automates, creates, and syndicates

Developed and powered by Imprev, the new Fox & Roach automated marketing system creates, publishes and distributes unique custom content for every Fox & Roach listing, including mobile-enabled, responsive Single Property Websites, IDX Virtual Tours and YouTube videos –without needing any work from the agent.

For the Fox & Roach implementation, each single property website is deployed to a custom, Fox & Roach web address (URL), the specific marketing materials created by the system are determined by the price and location of the listing, and every marketing piece is automatically updated whenever listing data is updated, such as a change in price or an open house date.
“And if agents want to add their own personal touch, update photos, wordsmith copy, email content to prospects or post to Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or Pinterest, they can do it anytime from anywhere, since the platform works on all mobile devices,” Sajja explained.
The Imprev automation system is designed to interface with industry standard listing data sources. For Fox & Roach, the integration is with their CoreLogic AgentAchieve CRM platform.
